Collabsy is an influencer marketing platform that provides AI-powered influencer discovery, campaign management, and analytics tools across social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.


3. USER ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.


4. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis

  • No refunds for partial months or unused portions

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension


5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications

  • Violate any social media platform's terms of service

  • Share, resell, or redistribute influencer data outside the platform

  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond normal platform use

  • Harass, abuse, or send inappropriate content to influencers


6. DATA AND PRIVACY

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

  • Influencer data is aggregated from public social media profiles

  • You may not use personal influencer information for purposes outside of legitimate business outreach

  • We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute data security


7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Collabsy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Collabsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
